Fun Things to Do at Night in Little Rock

Night in Little Rock

If you’re just in town for a visit, or you’re looking to transfer there full time, Little Rock offers a lot of activities. As one of the most famous mid-western states, Arkansas is full of surprising attractions. Let’s talk about some of our favorite things to do after the sun goes down in this little town called Little Rock.

Pinnacle Mountain for Sunsets

This may not count as something fun to do at night, but rather as the night is just about to begin. Pinnacle Mountain is part of the Ouachita Mountain Range. The Ouachitas and the Ozark Plateaus create the U.S. Interior Highlands. Although Pinnacle Mountain is not the highest point, it is a very distinctive point and sits right outside Little Rock.

It was always a popular attraction, even in the early days of settling this land. Surrounding this famous mountain is the Pinnacle Mountain, State Park. 2 common hiking trails are taken to reach the peak and it is a beautiful place to relax and take in nature. The mountain overlooks Lake Maumelle and it’s the perfect place to watch the sunset.

We suggest this stop because it’s also a great place to go during the daytime if you’re looking to explore the region’s natural geography. After all, Arkansas is known as the Natural State for a good reason and a visit to Little Rock isn’t complete without exploring the natural side.

Electric Cowboy for Nontraditional Nightlife

If you’re looking into Litle Rock houses for sale, you’re most likely taking mental note of attractions in the area. And like many of us, we can all use a night on the town once in a while. Even parents need a break from adulting. Well, Electric Cowboy is here for all of us looking to cut loose on any given night. And if the name says anything, it’s saying the only thing to expect is the unexpected.

The beats range from traditional country music to pop and hip-hop. On certain nights, you could even learn how to line dance like a professional cowboy. There are always drink specials and from the reviews, they are always served cheap and strong. Just by browsing their event page, you can decide between cornhole tournament nights or pool tournament nights. Either way, it’s sure to be unforgettable.

We love this joint because of its uncommon southern style. It brings together people of all interests, not just the cowboys. This is probably why it’s one of the biggest attractions in Little Rock. It’s such a famous spot, it’s recommended by visitors and residents alike.

The Library Kitchen and Lounge for Food, Lounging, and Partying

This may sound like a spot to sit down with some tea and a good book. You would be wrong to assume this. At The Library, as it’s called, you can find a stage hosting bands and comedians alike. If you’re not trying to boogie down, feel free to kick back at one of the many booths and watch the game. You won’t miss a beat with tv screens on every wall.

If you’re looking to grab some grub, you’ll find some of the best culinary delights here at the Library as well. From pork nachos to Po Boys, you can order as late as 1 AM on some nights. It’s always a plus when you can not only watch the game and have a beer but also eat something delicious while you are doing it. They are always holding events and celebrating something. Even making a pitstop there after midnight can prove to be an experience within itself.

Between these three options, you’re guaranteed to enjoy nights in Little Rock. There is so much more to see and do, and even more so during the daytime. Book your visit today! This way you could test out all of our suggestions and see if you’re interested in making your vacation a stay-cation!
